Kyla is a Renew Movement™ Level 2 Coach. Kyla has a B.S. in Psychology, is a Certified Personal Trainer, a Corrective Exercise Specialist, and a Fitness Coach. Kyla wanted to become a part of the fitness community to help people feel in control of their own health and fitness goals and was then drawn to Renew Movement™ because of its direct approach to helping people live without pain and feel empowered in their own bodies.
Hobbies: Lifting weights, hanging out with my two dogs, hiking, going to concerts, cooking, but also eating out a lot (amateur foodie, I guess you could say), and trying all the local beer!
Favorite Ailments to Treat: Anything involving chronic pain. I love watching a client’s face light up when they realize they have little to no pain in an area that has caused them so much distress for years. I am particularly drawn to shoulder pain, as it is something I have dealt with and this technique had a profound effect on me.
A Little Something About Me: I also graduated with a minor in studio art, and I love to draw and express myself creatively.
Favorite Music: My music tastes are all over the place! Anything from Fleet Foxes, Andrew Bird and other folky artists to rap to electronic dance music. But you’ll never catch me listening to country music…
