“From the most basic tasks to intense sports, our bodies get tight and achy. My goal is to work with you to relieve pain and find the primary cause of your discomfort!”

Lauren is a Level 2 Renew Movement™ Coach. Lauren has a B.S. in Exercise Science and Nutrition. Because of her athletic background she fell in love with Anatomy classes and learning about injury prevention. She was a gymnast for 12 years and experienced several injuries that the Renew Movement™  could have helped with. By joining the Renew team, she hopes to help others perform their favorite activities to their fullest, with less pain and fewer injuries.

Hobbies: Skiing, hiking, running, yoga, cooking, and watching movies.

Favorite Ailments to Treat: Lower body tightness. I love seeing the big changes that can happen from a quad focused session; back pain relief and increased mobility. I also love seeing the stress and anxiety release that comes from working on pecs and traps.

A Little Something About Me: I love traveling and I love to organize. I also have a pet turtle.

Favorite Music: Singer/ songwriter, Indie pop, folk, alternative. Pretty much anything, just loud enough so you can’t hear me sing.
