This allows your tissue to recognize new, better feeling movement habits over time. Your Coach will talk with you about your current concerns and a path to reach your goals. We encourage you to think about:
1) How long you’ve had immobility or pain (patterns).
2) How frequently you cause strain on your tissue (exercise).
3) How you take care of yourself after a session (recovery).
Then listen to your body’s inner wisdom, as it will tell you what it needs.
