If you’ve come to this page, like many others before you, you’re just tight. Whether it be your hips, your shoulders, your calves, your back, your (most any body part) we likely have something for you.
To those who are tight everywhere: If you have expectations of Cirque du Soleil (think contortionist or aerial acrobatics), we need to confront and discuss reality now. Your body may be best described at “stretch challenged” and yoga may never be your natural calling. However, if you’re looking to move a little better and not throw your back out next time you tie your shoes or take a long nap on that pesky couch… we’re here for you. 😉
If you’re somewhat bendy and looking to improve: gymnastics movements, pilates stretches, or take that sleeping pigeon a little deeper, we can help with that too.
With mobility concerns, we suggest you get some sessions under your belt before you commit to a Renew Evaluation.
