We are a wellness center offering custom bodywork and IV therapy. We Specialize in repetitive use injury, chronic pain, immobility and full body stretching. We utilize Renew Movement (our signature technique sport massage alternative), Full Body Stretching, and Acupuncture.

Our IV and IM therapy nourishes & hydrates with a wide variety of vitamin cocktails.

Meet the Team

Ashley O’Connell

Founder

Ashley was born and raised in Boulder. She has a degree exercise physiology and a minor in business. She founded Renew Movement in 2019 and plans to franchise the concept; expanding its culture and expertise across the country.

    Business Manager

    Audrey has an extensive background in managing health & wellness centers, large corporate structures and security. The Renew Movement technique has been critical in managing her back pain. She joined the team to help spread the word and grow the brand.

  • Janae

    Offers: Fix & Go

    Janae is a Doctor or Physical Therapy with an undergrad in Exercise and Sport Science and certified personal trainer. Janae has been with Renew for over four years and trains/mentors incoming Renew Coaches.

  • Carl

    Offers: Fix & Go

    Carl earned his BS in Exercise Physiology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell where he competed in cross country and track and field. He has been working as a personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist since 2002.

  • Chris

    Offers: Acupuncture and Cupping

    Chris graduated from the 4-year program of Southwest Acupuncture College in Boulder, Colorado in 2007, earning the degree of Master of Science in Oriental Medicine. Chris works to restore your vital energy, your Qi, to keep your body functioning at its optimum efficiency.

  • Charla

    Offers: Full Body Stretch & Fix & Go

    Charla has been a fitness professional for over 20 years. She is Stretch Therapist, holding additional certifications in YogaFit and Reiki.

  • Megan

    Offers: Fix & Go

    Megan is a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, Crossfit athlete, and roller skater. Her specialties include pre/postnatal fitness, and athletic performance for all genders. She is also certified to teach kundalini and pre/postnatal yoga.

  • Erica

    Offers: Massage

    Erica, a passionate advocate for holistic wellness, received her education and certification as a massage therapist at the Berkana Institute for Massage Therapy in Longmont, Colorado. Her journey in the field of integrative massage therapy began with a deep-rooted desire to help individuals reconnect with their mind and body, ultimately enhancing their overall well-being.

    Medical Director

    Dr. La Perriere is a board certified MD, Certified Functional Medicine practitioner through the IFM and Founder of Colorado Concierge Functional Medicine.

  • Brooke Sawyer-Prodoehl

    RN, BSN

    Brooke Sawyer-Prodoehl graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Illinois at Chicago and has been working in hospital care since then. She has extensive experience in medical-surgical, oncology, and medical intensive care as well as intra-procedural care.

  • Cassie Barrow

    RN, BSN

    Cassie received her ADN from Palm Beach State University. She has been an RN for 10+ Her specialties were pediatric oncology, hematology and labor and delivery. Cassie is currently studying to get her certificate in functional nutrition.

  • Kia Solari

    RN, BSN

    Kia earned her Masters in Nursing Education and has been practicing nursing for 18 years. She has experience in medical-surgial nursing, pediatrics, emergency and corrections.

  • Meagan Moss

    RN, BSN

    Meagan has BA in Communications from Southwestern University. Meagan for her BSN from Regis University. She has been an RN in Obstetrics and Newborn for 17 years.
