Full Body Stretch

Full Body Stretch is likened to "passive yoga." While laying on a table you're taken through a wide variety of systematic and effective stretches of the upper and lower body. Full Body Stretch works to elongate myofascial lines leading to decreased joint impingement, improved range of motion and posture, increased energy and reduced risk of injury (to name a few). Many claim immediate benefits of increased flexibility.

Full Body Stretch is a wonderful stand alone practice but can also be paired with Renew Movement Fix & Go Bodywork Session or Dry Needling to improve efficacy.

A single session (50min) focuses on either lower or upper body. A double session (90min) allows time for a full body stretch (highly recommended).

A single session (45min) focuses on either lower or upper body. A double session (90min) allows time for a full body stretch (highly recommended)!

  • This technique is used for overall body tightness, increasing range of motion, and resetting your fascial network. Full Body Stretch is the perfect addition to your bodywork regimen; it allows additional elongation of tissue and fascial lines while relaxing the nervous system.

  • People who want to be more active, find relief from pain, and achieve new personal bests.

  • Comfortable clothing that allows you full range of motion (workout gear).

  • After a session you will feel lighter and relaxed. We recommend you drink lots of water, and take extra time to warm up for any activities in the 24 hours following your session.

  • If you are cleared for massage you are cleared for stretching.

  • There are many variables (home mobility practice, posture, activity level, stress level, etc). We see the most success in clients who commit to once a week for six weeks for a chronic condition, then a maintenance schedule determined by you and your practitioner.
